We offer the same Free Service by International Air with the added option of Insurance for the added charge of NZD$12.00. This option is compulsory for a few countries where we have found postal services are high risk.
International Express Courier delivery is available as an option. Delivery is usually 5-7 working days (see note below) and is tracked and insured. This option is the only option for a selected few countries where the local postal service is an extreme risk.

The Hobbits dispatch most items within 1-2 working days hours. The exception is rings which are custom made to size and are usually dispatched within a week.
NOTE: The Delivery times for shipping are average expected delivery times. These times DO NOT incude any delays that may be caused by your countries border clearance procedures, especially in holiday seasons such as Christmas.
From our experience delays in arrivals are caused by slow customs clearance or slow notification to you by your customs that the item has arrived and requires clearing. Once the item has left New Zealand we have no control on delivery and are not responsible for slow deliveries caused by natural disasters, unnatural disasters, terrorist actions, delays at your border control or anything else that is beyond our control. Please allow plenty of time for delivery if you need the order by a special date such as Christmas or Valentines. We do dispatch Evenstars within 48 hours and custom made rings within 7 days.
